Type the name that you want to give the folder (such as Webcontent). Press ENTER.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>5.<\/td>\n<td>Click <strong>File<\/strong> and then click <strong>Close<\/strong> to close Windows Explorer.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>1.<\/td>\n<td>Click <strong>Start<\/strong>, point to <strong>Programs<\/strong>, select <strong>Administrative Tools<\/strong>, and then click <strong>Internet Services Manager<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>2.<\/td>\n<td>In the left pane, right-click <strong>Default Web Site<\/strong>, point to <strong>New<\/strong>, and then click <strong>Virtual Directory<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>3.<\/td>\n<td>In the first screen of the <strong>Virtual Directory Creation Wizard<\/strong>, type a name for the site (such as \u201cMywebsite\u201d), and then click <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>4.<\/td>\n<td>In the second screen, click <strong>Browse<\/strong>. Browse the content folder that you created in section 2 (in this example, it is Webcontent). Click <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>5.<\/td>\n<td>In the third screen, select <strong>Read<\/strong> and <strong>Run scripts (such as ASP)<\/strong>. Make sure that the other check boxes are cleared. Click <strong>Finish<\/strong> to complete the wizard.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>6.<\/td>\n<td>Right-click the new virtual folder, and then click <strong>Properties<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>7.<\/td>\n<td>Click <strong>Virtual Directory<\/strong> and make sure that the Web site name is listed in the <strong>Application Name<\/strong> text box under <strong>Application Settings<\/strong>.
