Please click <a href=\"https:\/\/zalvis.com\/domain-search\">here<\/a> to register a domain name and <a href=\"https:\/\/zalvis.com\/docs\/creating-an-email-account-on-your-cpanel-hosting.html\">here<\/a> to create an email account<\/p>\n<p>Once this has been done, follow the steps below to set up an email account on Outlook<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open Outlook and click on <strong>File<\/strong> in the top left corner.<\/li>\n<li>Click on <strong>Add Account<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Automatic setup<\/strong> and then click <strong>Next<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Enter your email address and password<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Connect<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If Outlook is able to connect to your email server, it will automatically set up your account and take you to the next screen. If Outlook is not able to connect to your email server, it will prompt you to enter your account information manually.<\/p>\n<p>In the manual setup screen, enter the following information:<\/p>\n<p>Your name: enter the name you want to be displayed on your email<br \/>\nEmail address: enter your full email address<br \/>\n<strong>Account Type<\/strong>: Choose IMAP or POP3<br \/>\n<strong>Incoming mail server<\/strong>: enter the incoming mail server provided in cPanel<br \/>\n<strong>Outgoing mail server (SMTP)<\/strong>: enter the outgoing mail server provided in cPanel<br \/>\n<strong>User Name<\/strong>: enter your full email address<br \/>\n<strong>Password<\/strong>: enter your email password<br \/>\nClick on <strong>More settings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the Outgoing server tab, check <strong>My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication<\/strong><br \/>\nIn the Advanced tab, set the incoming and outgoing port numbers provided in cPanel<\/p>\n<p><strong>Non-SSL Settings:<\/strong><br \/>\nPOP3: Incoming server port: 110 Outgoing Server(SMTP): 25 or 26 or 587<br \/>\nIMAP: Incoming server port: 143 Outgoing Server(SMTP): 25 or 26 or 587<\/p>\n<p><strong>SSL Settings:<\/strong><br \/>\nPOP3: Incoming server port: 995 Outgoing Server(SMTP): 465<br \/>\nIMAP: Incoming server port: 993 Outgoing Server(SMTP): 465<\/p>\n<p>Click <strong>OK<\/strong> and then <strong>Next<\/strong><br \/>\nClick on <strong>Finish<\/strong> to complete the setup process<br \/>\nClick <strong>Close<\/strong> and start using your webmail on Outlook.<\/p>\n<p>The steps may vary depending on your version of Outlook and the webmail service you are using.
