When you contact Zalvis support, we may need to validate your account before we can discuss account-specific details with you or assist you with your support inquiry. In order to validate you as the account holder, we may ask you for your Support PIN.
The Support PIN is a unique 6-digit pin that is assigned to your account for 24 hours after you log in.
In order to get your Support PIN, mouse over the Support button at the top of the page and click on the Support PIN to either copy the support pin or Generate a new pin
